There is no doubt in my mind that I have the most important job in the world. Anything I can do to prepare these kids for surviving in a world that would scare even the most courageous individual, (and they live in it every day)...I strive to do. I'll be the first to tell you I'm not the most "warm and fuzzy" teacher, and I don't have all the answers...but to supply too many would be enabling, and the new generation must think for themselves, and choose for themselves. I know its great to have the ISTEP basic knowledge, but what is going to be important in this future, where communication moves quickly, is the ability to think and create "on your feet"....so you can count on having projects to do in my class!
